HENRY SHYN

In 2011, Henry joined GE Korea and is currently General Counsel responsible for coordinating the legal and compliance function for GE in Korea.  He develops the strategy, sets the priorities, and executes on any required action for the legal and compliance functions and organizations, working closely with the GE businesses leaders and General Counsels. In addition to his General Counsel role for GE Korea, Henry recently became General Counsel for GE Power Korea supporting Korean EPC power projects worldwide. Henry currently serves as an arbitrator for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and as an advisor to the Korean Bar Association (international affairs). He is also Vice Chair of Corporate Counsel Forum, International Bar Association.
