DLA Piper 서울 사무소는 오는 5월 25일부터 발효 되는 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 에 대한 세미나를 아래와 같이 개최합니다.

GDPR의 시행이 약 두달 앞으로 다가온 가운데, 개인정보수집에 대하여 더욱 넓어진 적용범위와 강력해진 제재에 대응할 수 있도록 EU에 관련 있는 한국 기업들이 필수적으로 대응 해야하는 법의 핵심 내용 및 준비 그리고 대응방법에 대하여 DLA Piper Brussels사무소에서 EU GDPR을 총괄하고 있는 Dr. Patrick Van Eecke 파트너 변호사(별첨)가 강의합니다.

MCLE Information: California: This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 2.0 hours in the General category. DLA Piper certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed in the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.New York: This nontransitional and transitional continuing legal education program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours, of which 2.0 credit hours can be applied toward the Professional Practice requirement. New Jersey: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit toward the General category. CLE credit will be applied for in other states where DLA Piper has an office except in Minnesota, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania
