Since introduction a few years ago in the America Invents Act, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings have
become crucial strategic weapons for companies involved in patent litigation.
We will discuss key issues and litigation strategy relating to IPR, based on our substantial experience in
numerous IPR proceedings.
