Paul Hastings invites you to join us for a roundtable discussion which will focus on the legal implications resulting from the recent release of the “Panama Papers.”

폴 헤이스팅스는 최근 “파나마 페이퍼스”의 공개로 인한 법적 영향을 주제로
토론을 진행할 예정이오니 많은 관심과 참석 부탁 드립니다.

Among other things, we will address the anticipated reaction of law enforcement officials and other regulators, in the US and elsewhere, to the disclosures contained within the Panama Papers; whether the disclosures may pose potential issues for any Korean-based companies; and offer practical guidance for in-house counsel contemplating proactive risk mitigation in the wake of the disclosures for their companies and constituents.

본 회의에서 다루어질 내용에는, 파나마 페이퍼스를 통해 공개된 내용에 대하여 미국 및 타 지역에서의 정부기관들이 어떻게 대응할 것인가에 대한 예상; 파나마 페이퍼스의 공개가 한국 기업들에게 잠재적인 이슈가 될 가능성이 있는지 여부; 그리고 파나마 페이퍼스 공개 여파로 회사 및 관계인들에게 미칠 수 있는 리스크를 완화하는 방안을 고심하고 계신 사내변호사들께 드리는 실용적인 안내사항 등이 포함되어 있습니다.

The discussion will be led by two of Paul Hastings’ senior white collar litigation partners from the U.S., Mark Pollack and Palmina Fava, together with Seoul Office Chair Jong Han Kim.
