We invite you to attend a seminar with Washington, DC Partner Nicole Erb who will provide an overview of US sanctions, focusing in particular on the current regimes against Iran, Russia and North Korea. Topics will include an overview of the current sanctions and their impact on global business transactions, as well as enforcement considerations companies should bear in mind. Moreover, Nicole will be sharing her insight as to how organizations can protect themselves and what corporates and financial institutions need to know to ensure compliance.
