U.S. mergers and acquisitions activity hits record levels in 2015, but a highly
competitive bidding environment, coupled with increased levels of regulatory and
political uncertainty, has created one of the toughest environments in recent history
for non-domestic bidders looking to acquire U.S.-based assets. Our U.S. M&A team
has been tracking the market closely and has keen insight into cross-border M&A
dynamics and the political and regulatory pitfalls that non-domestic buyers are
increasingly facing when seeking to engage in cross-border M&A in the United
States.
미국 內 인수합병 거래의 활기는 2015년에 최고 수준으로 높았습니다. 그러나 경쟁률
이 높은 입찰 환경과 미국의 정치 및 규제와 관련된 불확실성이 함께 작용하여 근래
