every international commercial contract. This seminar will discuss the critical

elements of international arbitration and choice of court clauses and how to utilize

them for your strategic advantage. The seminar will also include a discussion of

negotiation tactics and cost-saving measures that can be employed as part of the

dispute resolution planning process.
