   How to effectively limit liability in international contracts

   Risk allocation is fundamental to international construction contracts. A key
   part of that allocation is the limitation – and indeed exclusion – of certain
   liability. This short seminar focuses on a few key aspects of limiting liability.
   That entails two key aspects: drafting to achieve the desired result, and
   dealing with the interplay between the contract and the applicable law.
