FTI Consulting and he is based in Singapore. Joshua has more than 17 years of experience

specializing in the area of financial due diligence and restructuring. He has been involved with

numerous engagements whereby he has undertaken financial analysis to assist clients in

understanding the current financial health of their organizations, assisting boards in their decision
