KCAB INTERNATIONAL invites you to this exciting and informative seminar with fruitful panel discussions and networking opportunities on Monday, 15th April. By addressing some of the key issues in arbitration proceedings such as “How should institutions and practitioners select their arbitrators? What are the grounds and processes for challenging arbitrators? How can good tribunal dynamics be ensured?” distinguished arbitration experts from Korea and Austria will undertake the challenge of “demystifying” the Arbitral Tribunal. The seminar will be followed by a networking session with refreshments.
