Kristo’s practice is primarily focused on Indonesian equity capital markets. Recently, Kristo advised PT Kino Indonesia Tbk on its IPO (global offering); Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs on the re-IPO of PT Link Net Tbk; UBS AG and Credit Suisse on the IPO (global offering) of PT Blue Bird Tbk; Credit Suisse, UBS AG and Deutsche Bank on the IPO (global offering) of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk; and Matahari Department Store on the re-IPO by its controlling shareholder and other shareholders; Citigroup Global Markets on the global rights issue offering of Bank Danamon Indonesia; UBS as a global coordinator, bookrunner and international selling agent on the IPO of mining concessions owner Atlas Resources; and Credit Suisse (Singapore), CIMB Bank (L), and Morgan Stanley & Co International on the IPO (global offering) of Borneo Lumbung Energy & Metal.

Fajar Ramadhan focuses his practice on Indonesian banking and debt capital markets.
Recently, Fajar advised Bank OCBC NISP and Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, as arrangers and lenders, on the US$65 million and IDR715 billion term loan facilities to Prospero Realty; Jefferies Finance on the US$125 million Credit Facility to Shelf Drilling Holdings; Jefferies Finance and Wilmington Trust, National Association on the US$475 million Shelf Drilling Holdings Senior Secured Notes due 2018; Credit Suisse (Singapore) as the initial purchaser on the issue of US$225 million guaranteed senior notes by Comfeed Finance with payment of the notes guaranteed by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk; and Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia/Indonesia Eximbank on the issuance of a €1.5 billion Medium Term Note Programme.
