Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the
arrival in Hong Kong of new partner Chris Kelly, who will lead the corporate practice in Asia.
"As we continue to broaden our M&A client base and expand our role advising corporates, private
equity firms and financial institutions in Asia, the wealth of experience and knowledge that Chris brings
will enhance our ability to support our clients," said partner Eric Berg, the Firm's Head of Asia. "Chris
is joining White & Case to lead our corporate practice in Asia, and his arrival reflects our ambition to
continue strengthening both our M&A and private equity capabilities across the region."
Kelly, who joins the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, has extensive experience in a wide
range of public and private corporate finance and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions
and equity offers, and also in the provision of general corporate advice. He joins from Linklaters, where
he was Head of Private Equity in Asia, and brings more than 25 years of experience, including 12 years
in Asia.

globally as well as international clients investing there," said partner John Reiss, Head of the Firm's
Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. "Chris' experience and the focus of his practice complements

White & Case has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Asia in the last 12 months
with the arrival of partners Peggy Wang, KS Kim and Catherine Tsang and local partners Pradyumna
Mysoor and Jonathan Bowden.
